Making A Purchase
At the iPhone Shed we like to make things easy, all our products are photographed and displayed to give you be best chance to see what you are ordering, just add the items you want to your basket, check out and that's it job done, sit back and we'll get your items delivered to your door.
We do not operate a retail outlet, this enables us to keep our prices to a minimum so that you can be sure of great prices at the iPhone Shed.
You can pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal the choice is yours.
As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you to let you know we've got it, however please note that this is not a contract between us, the contract starts when we send you your invoice. We have had to include this in our terms and conditions to protect us from entering a contract in the event that an item is accidentaly under priced by us or if we are unable to supply the goods you order, in either case you will be offered a refund.
If a price changes, we will contact you to check that you want to proceed with your order or if you would rather have a refund. |
Shipping And Handling
We apply a fixed one-off charge for delivery of £2.95 per order, so the more you and your friends order - the more you save. We ship using Royal Mail's First Class Recorded (Signed For) service, so you or someone needs to be in to receive the order, or you can pick it up at the Post Office - or why not just have it delivered to your place of work? |
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver you order as quickly as possible, due to the high turnover of some items, we may, from time to time need to wait for our next shipment to arrive, however, we would normally expect that mainland UK customers will receive their goods within ten working days, and even if we are out of stock, we would expect to be able to deliver within ten to twelve days. |
Back Orders
If we find that there is going to be a significant delay due to an item being out of stock, we will contact you and give you a delivery date and offer you the option to cancel your order. |
Tax Charges
All prices on the website are the price you pay, there are no hidden extras or taxes. |
